“ From the music to the portion size, we loved everything about Pho Tre Bien Noodle Bar. The Vietnamese lettuce wraps were a great appetizer, and it could easily be made into a meal if you want something light. I ordered the Seafood Clear Noddle, and it was fantastic! The various types of seafood were cooked just right. The flavors were not weak, while not being too overwhelming. I would definitely order it again. ”
“ This place is so good! I stopped in with a friend for lunch and everything was absolutely delightful. The cocktails were so good - our server Sofia (hope I spelled it right!) recommended some amazing ones and she made them herself! I had the appetizer plate and the clay pot tofu, and both were delicious! I couldn't choose a favorite so I'm going to have to come back and try some more stuff. I've been to a couple of the other locations and honestly Pho Tre Bien never fails but this one is my favorite so far. Keep up the good work! ”

“ Wow! Absolutely INCREDIBLE!! The flavors were insanely good, the food was cooked to perfection, the Thai Tea & Jasmine Tea was also super delicious! Their Pho Broth was probably the best I've had in a LONG time. The Vietnamese Shrip and Chicken Salad was also very good! We mentioned it would have been a bit better for the price for a tiny bit more shrip & chicken, but still REALLY good. Our server Richard was really friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu as well as fun facts! We will absolutely be attending Pho Tre Bien often ”

“ Pho Tre Bien Noodle Bar brings elegance and a very welcoming environment where Vietnamese cuisine can truly be enjoyed. I had the opportunity to visit before they were opened and John, the owner extended an invitation for my family and I to enjoy some Pho. I never met John before or his staff, but they welcomed us when we approached the door to see if the restaurant was opened. The pho that was served had brisket, chicken and the expected garnishes. My family/party of seven truly enjoyed the flavors and the inviting atmosphere that this place provides and I can't wait to visit again when they officially open to the public. I want to emphasize that while the restaurant was not open for customers, we got accommodated at multiple tables that were placed together to meet my party size/ needs and got treated with great attention and positive attitudes to make sure we were were enjoying the meal and experience. Not only did we enjoy the food, but we enjoyed getting to know John's story, his family's story and how these restaurants came to be in El Paso as his mom opened the original one a few decades ago. ”
“ Had lunch here today and it was excellent. Sofia was an excellent server and she also made our drinks. I had two cocktails, the lavender breeze and the desert pear Margarita. For starters we had the Saigon street platter and then for my meal, I had the soft noodles with chicken. And have enough noodles left for another meal. The veggies with the noodles was flavorful and still crisp. The chicken was seasoned and very tender. Will definitely go back! ”
